The helmet communications device consists of two parts, the COM101H and the COM101B. The COM101B is a device attached to the handlebars of a motorcycle. It serves as the base for your helmet intercom and connects to a cellphone, an MP3 player and other multimedia devices. Completing the wireless motorcycle radio intercom and communicator device is the COM101H, a headphone-mic combo that is attached and compatible to any motorcycle helmet.

Like conventional headsets, this wireless motorcycle intercom allows you to keep both your hands free while talking on your cellphone. The difference is that the COM101H is wind protected, thus even if you are traveling at 60 mph, the quality of the sound of your calls remain the same.

Aside from serving as your motorcycle’s communications device, the COM101 can also serve as your motorcycle’s audio tool and transmit music from your MP3 players, radio and other multimedia devices.

In addition to allowing bike-to-bike communication, the motorcycle intercom can also be used as a wireless PTT device for 2 way simultaneous communication between the motorcycle’s rider and passenger.
